Delete your Kroooot account

Deleting your account deletes the account, your play record, rating, daily challenge results, friends list and group memberships, and removes you from other players' friends lists. It cannot be undone. What we keep after deletion, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.

In the app

1. Open Kroooot while signed in to your account.
2. Open "More" from the bar at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Delete account". It is also in "Settings".
3. Tap "Continue", then "Yes, delete my account" to confirm a second time.

On this page

If you don't have the app at hand, type your account's email and we will send it a six-digit code if it has an account. Then type the code and your account's password.

If you forgot your password, reset it in the app ("Sign in", then "Forgot password") and come back to this page. For any question, write to contact@dirwaas.com; we will never ask for your password by email or message.
