How to play
- Two packs without jokers, 11 cards each, and two side piles of 11 cards, each called the 100.
- On your turn you draw from the stock or take the whole discard pile, then meld if you wish, then discard.
- A sequence is three or more consecutive cards of one suit, with the ace below the 2 or above the king. A set is three or more of one rank. A 2 is wild for any card, at most one per meld.
- You may add only to your own team's melds, never the opponents'.
- A project is a meld of seven or more cards: clean with no wild 2, or dirty with one.
- Meld every card in your hand and you take your team's 100 and carry on playing with it. You close the round by discarding your last card, once your team has a project and has taken its 100.
Scoring and winning
- A team scores the value of its melded cards minus the cards left in hand: 3 to 7 are 5, 8 to king 10, ace 15 and a 2 is 10.
- 200 for each clean project, 100 for each dirty one and 100 for closing. A team that never took its 100 loses 100.
- The first team to 1500 wins, or to 2000, or to 1000 for a shorter game, as chosen before play.
